Question:

What is a healthy lunch to eat?

Im tyring to eat healthy and i dont wanna go over like 300 calories.

Some stuff i have is:

-turkey meat

-bread

-lettuce (enough for a salad)

-light yogurts (100 cals)

-cottage cheese

-peanut butter

-apples

-bananas

-chicken

-pretzels

alot of other stuff etc..

  1. make a chicken salad, with chicken breast pieces and lots of delicious vegetables. If you're still hungry, have a yogurt.  


  2. i would eat a turkey sandwich and a light yogurt or a banana as a side.

    Broccoli is high in calcium, iron, magnesium, vitamin A and vitamin C, and is filling without being high in calories.

    Blueberries help fight against disease and give you energy.

    Almonds are the most nutritional of all the nuts.  A handful of almonds in the morning will help keep you energized for the rest of the day.
