Question:

What is a healthy meal to eat for breakfast?(that will still help me lose weight)?

  1. I have 3/4 cup of oatmeal that i get out of the large cans and boil it over a stove top and fruit on the side.. very healthy and keeps you full.


  2. you could try;

    *a bowl of cereal with a sprinkle of raisins and a glass of orange juice.

    *a fresh fruit smoothie, with whatever takes your fancy

    *a bowl of muesli with a piece of fruit

    *grilled bacon and tomato sandwich with wholemeal toast.

  3. A good thing for breakfast is complex carbs, so if dont want milk i'd suggest something like oatmeal, get some oats, add water and microwave, easssssy :)

Oatmeal best thing and if you do not like it 's flavor Try peanut butter one day ,peaches another,  honey another, pears, brown sugar and cinnamon , stewed apples next, blue berries , apple butter. Of course there is Maypo, Cream of wheat ,Grits . Several good warm breakfast foods that if you eat them for brkfst,will help you lose weight if you do not over add the condiments.Sugar , butter. Once you have a filling meal and it sticks with you , it will take longer to become hungry and if you eat lunch before you are hungry you will eat less for lunch.

    Try oatmeal with fresh fruit, like berries or bananas in it.

    Cream of Wheat (farina), and grits are good for you too, as long as you don't load them up with butter. Always eat some fruit along with it. (juice is simple sugar)
