So when I get up im having a 100 cal fat free yogurt with a 90 cal granola bar.

and then for lunch im going out wiht my mom.

but i dont know where to go where i will find a low calorie, low fat, low sodium meal. I dont want to go overboard with my lunch. I have the choices of panera bread, qdoba, and yang kee noodle restaurant.

I definitely dont want ANYTHING that is a salad or salad like. im sick of those hah. and i dont really like naked burritos at qdoba..so what are some good options?

At panera, how many calories would be in a full 98% fat free turkey sandwich on honey wheat bread with tomatos, lettuce, and organic american cheese. with a small apple on the side?

would that be too much?

their soups have so much sodium, i dont really want to eat that.

please help me.

thank you

  1. panera is a good choice. they have low calorie offerings.

    subway is another good one.

rolypoly sandwiches is another. though they are a bit harder to find. they have a lot of vegetarian sandwiches.

noodles and co is pretty tasty.  they have lots of noodle dishes. and they are vegetarian friendly.

i dont think that a turkey sandwich and and apple is too much for lunch.  sounds about the right size for a low calorie lunch.

some of my other favorite restaurants include.  fazoli's, einstein's bagles, < they have sandwiches and stuff too, their potato salad is awesome. qdoba, i love their burritos.

  2. Okay so u sound like u dont like to eat food, and u dont want anything that is/looks fattening. have u eaten lots of veggies? fruits? u dont like salads, u can drink plenty of water, cut off most of the meats, try seafood, or lastly u can stop going to THOSE places and try something new.
