So I had 800 calories up to dinner (whole wheat turkey sandwich, apple, fat free yogurt, veggie crisps, etc)

and then for dinner i had campbells healthy request chicken noodle soup (120 calories, 4 grams of fat), a tuna sandwich on wheat with chunk light tuna (160 cal), and about cup of steamed veggies (50 cal)

so im just going to say 1200 calories for today.

i wish i wasnt still hngry but i kind of am.

but im sick, so i dont know..

should i have a hot skinny vanilla latte from starbucks (90 cal), and one cup of dry fiber one cereal?

thats what im craving but is it all that healthy?

should i just have 8 oz. of skim milk and a cup of dry fiber one cereal?

  1. You're sick and hungry because you aren't eating enough food. Never go below 1,500 calories or it will have bad effects on your body, including weight gain in some cases.

  2. Don't eat that or you. will. die.

  3. It sounds like this is an evening snack.  A skinny vanilla latte  from Starbucks, even if you get decaf, will still contain caffeine.

Your cereal will make you feel more satisfied because of the fiber.

If it were me, I would take the cereal.
