What is a healthy way to gain weight? (Trying to get buff)?

Im going into the 10th grade, im 15, i weight 140lbs. I workout a lot and have a good body. But i want to get bigger, meaning not fatter but more buff. So what kind of food should i eat?

  2. A variety of foods. Protein foods, fruits and vegetables, have lots of calcium.

    And lift weights!

  3. Perhaps plenty of nuts might help.  They are rich in potassium, magnesium, iron and zinc.  The unsaturated fats in nuts will increase your good cholesterol (HDL) and lower your bad cholesterol LDL) and they will lower your overall cholesterol.

  4. First learn from the pros of the sport of bodybuilding! Learn what they eat, how they workout. Live, eat, and breath like the pros and you will succeed!
