What is a healthy weight for a 13 year old girl?

I'm 5 foot 5 inches, and I'm 13 turning 14 in march of next year, and i just want to know what a healthy weight is for me.

    im 15 and im 5foot 4 inches

    and i weight about 120 lbs

    so i would say for you height it would be 110 - 130  


  2. it all depends on your body type. the important thing is if the doctor tells you that you at a healthy weight and you feel comfortable with yourself. i dont know a certain weight that is considered healthy.

  3. 120 to 130. But it also has to do with bone structure, if you have started your period, etc.

    Ask your doctor kiddo, not people on the internet.

    Some would view 100 good for you when in fact its not. Everyones perspective is different. The only person you can trust is your doctor.

  5. 125 - 130 lbs is the reccomended weight for someone 5' 5" thats female.

    however a healthy weight range would be 115 - 150 lbs.
