What is a high and tight circumcision?

I'm thinking about getting circumcised and the doctor told me a high and tight circumcision with the frenulum left intact would be the best bet for. Anyone know what this means?

  1. There are different styles of circumcisions.  High and tight , low and tight, high and loose, low and loose.  go to these sites for examples and explanations.  the fact that he mentions circumcision styles is good news because it means he has done quite a few of them and knows what he is doing.

  2. I wouldn't get a circumcision. Originally, the were intended to make it easier to clean the male genital area.  But circumcision have been found to make the p***s less sensitive than it otherwise would be.  Don't get one if you don't need one.

  3. A term used to describe a particular circumcision style where most of the inner skin is left intact, and mostly outer skin removed. This results in a circumcision scar that is farther up the shaft of the p***s (closer to the body), and more sensitive inner skin being left. This is referred to as "high," tight refers to the circumcision having removed most of the skin so that after the procedure there is no skin covering the p***s glan and when erect does not move over the glan.

  4. Is this doctor a member of one of the minority religious groups that try to impose circumcision on others?

They are the ones who made this practice widespread in the US in the first place.    Now that more people are discovering that natural and normal and whole feels and functions better than scarred, mutilated and partial, circumcision rates are dropping.

A tight circumcision means that you will have no skin movement during s*x or masturbation.     High means that the f******n is cut closer to the glans, rather than halfway down the shaft, as you may have noticed scars on some guys who were circumcised.

Most circumcisions remove the whole frenulum, which is the most sensitive part of the p***s.

Should you get circumcised, you will lose about 50% or more of your sexual sensitivity, and the remaining sensitivity will continue to diminish for the rest of your life, gradually and inexorably.   This is because the tissues meant to be covered by the f******n dry out and keratinize.

I was circumcised as an infant, no choice in the matter, and this resulted in more than the average nerve damage and loss of sensitivity and I was unable to achieve o****m in normal s*x.    I'm restoring my f******n and have achieved increased sensitivity and orgasmic intensity.

Please investigate this thoroughly, for your own sake, before you have male gentital mutilation performed on yourself.

Go to the circumstitions site and get more information.

It's your p***s, and you're free to do with it whatever you wish, but you should know the implications and complications of this before you do it, and the doctors never give you complete information about it.

A f******n is not a birth defect; it is a birthright.

  5. What kind of rational-thinking male just randomly thinks about getting circumcised? Unless there's an urgent medical reason to get your f******n chopped off, its an entirely unnecessary and painful procedure.

  6. It means they remove a lot of skin. I would think a loose one would be your best bet, but why would you have to do it at all? With a high and tight one you'll probably lose more sensation.
