As a general rule, its kind of a slang for one's "naughty bits."

That would include a male's "twig and berries," "plums and carrot," "meat and two veg," etc.

Or the female "minge," "muff," "bush," etc.

Hopefully you will get my meaning, I had to use a few slang terms myself.
