I am going to a wedding shower and am supposed to bring a household item that starts with the letter J. I think that I am supposed to give this item to the bride-to-be. Since I already bought a gift, I am looking for an inexpensive item. Any ideas?

I just threw a bridal shower with this same theme.... you can get her something like imported jam.  And remember - JJ stuff gets you DOUBLE points!  its just supposed to be quirky and fun!

Those kind of showers are difficult although they are supposed to be fun.

Don't be discouraged though, it is not a strict type of "game".  The gift itself doesn't have to start with "J", you can also consider the brand that starts with J.  The only thing that comes to mind at the moment is some bedding or towels from the JCPenney collection.  They have they hotel towels on sale right now.  Also, J Crew has a home collection.
