What is a is a fast sport sedan for under $15000?

my Brother got a 1999 BMW 3-series and i am looking for a car that is faster but still a good car, ive done some research but i want some other opinions

i agree.. subaru wrx

mitsubishi makes a very very similar car too but i forgot what it's called.  

They both can do zero to 60 in like 4.5 seconds.

They're reliable and fast as h**l.

its sorta hard to find a car that's fast and cheap but if you're willing to buy an older car you should look up the bmw m3..or a lexus is300 with sorta high miles. audi s4.. there's a lot more but it depends on what you like.
