What is a job similar to paramedics/EMT, but with better pay?

I'm interested in becoming a paramedics, but they receive such low pay. I like the excitement, the helping people, and I like hospital environment.

Become an ER nurse. You get better pay with the excitement. You see something different all the time.

Flight paramedics can make more, depending on where you live. Most EMT's in the US either go to Fire or Police, Paramedics go to Nursing or med school
