  1. Conservation of mass is a basic scientific principle that states that the total amount of 'stuff' does not change in a given process, though it might change forms.  In other words, matter may not be created nor destroyed, though it can be rearranged.

    I'm not sure exactly what you're going for in asking what jobs relate to this.  It's like asking, "What jobs relate to gravity?"  Conservation of mass is something that happens naturally with no need for human intervention.  Conversely, there are no actions that humans can take to violate this principle (though this may depend upon how you define your 'closed sysem,' and in certain cases, nuclear physics involves conversion of matter to energy or vice-versa - Einstein's  E=mc2).
