What is a lacto vegetarian??

I'm a chicken fish vegetarian and I'm as strong as an ox, quick as a cat and I sleep like a dog. If you are any kind of vegetarian you really can't go wrong.

Ovo Lacto Vegetarian means you eat dairy and eggs but no meat. This is the most common type of vegetarian.

Ovo Vegetarian means you eat eggs but no meat or dairy. This is the kind of vegetarian I am :)

Vegan means no meat, eggs or dairy. So no animals or their by-products.

Ovo - (from overy) an eater of eggs.

the word lacto comes form the milk element, So lacto vegetarian can take milk product and vegetable.
