What is a leo wave zone?

I've been surfing for a while and have never heard this term before today. Is this kiteboarding lingo?

A quick search has some kite boarder refering to the waves around Leo Carillo State Beach  (Malibu) as the leo wave zone.

Must be some kite boardering thing.

I've never heard it before. I've been surfing for over twenty years.

I am a Leo and I've been surfing for almost 30 years, but I've never had my zone. There are plenty of big days at Black's or Ponto when I wish I could claim one though.

I honestly have no idea. I've never heard that one before.
