as long as you make sure the dressings and sauces are not made from cream you should be OK

Tomato based sauces are usually better options.  If you want meat stick with chicken but make sure it's not covered in cheese (like the chicken parmesan).  Ask for any cheese served on the side so you can control how much you eat.  Check their website, I'm positive they have nutritional values.
