contact your local aspca..

they spay animals for free in their mobile clinics

and if you have a Petland in your area.... they have monthly .. local vets that come into the store and give vaccine packages for dirt cheap

you maybe need a part-time work...even i am 14 years old,but i still work in my sister shop..you should work..or just keep cat in the condition....do you want your cat be like that???!!!
