What is a maxi toe in field hockey?

I'm trying to find a good stick to play with and I prefer a midi and i"m think a that a maxi toe is similar or the same but I am not quite sure.

It's the shape of the head of the stick combining the extra receiving surface of the hook with the hitting power of the midi. So you are kind of correct, it is some-what similar to a midi.
