I know that 5's are called speed limit and 7's are called walking sticks.

Don't refer to hands by their nickname. Makes you look like a total newb.

Pair of 4's = sailboats

Pair of 5's = Presto!

Pair of 8's = Infinity, Snowmen

Pair of 6's = Highway (Route 66)

Pair of 9's = Party (comes from Prince's song 1999) or Phil Hellmuth (usually only when both are black)
