  1. Most of these answers are right. And that is because they are all foods that are high in fiber.

    Fiber does not get digested by us. It attracts water and bulks out you poo in your intestine. This makes your poo softer, easier to pass and quicker to move.

    You need to drink enough water, or no amount of fiber will work.

    Fiber rich foods can give you gas and bloating at first, but this will pass with time. Your body just  time to adjust.

    The fiber content of foods is listed on the nutrient information panel. Aim for about 25-30g a day.

  4. psyllium husks

  5. Chickweed tea.  Also cleans colon without urgent going.

  6. Try taking "senna" or Senokot (brand name) It's more of a stool softener, but completely safe. If you take 2-3 tabs a day, you should have no problem with irregularity.


  7. Fibre is what you need in your diet,

    Kiwi fruit, usually about three, an hour after your last meal or pineapple 1/2  are the fruits with the highest fibre content. Takes about  2 - 3 days but then you will start have normal bowel functions again. Also exercise as the colon is a muscle.

  9. Being truely terrified, Supposedly most people c**p there pants when their suprised, Same goes for laughing as well. You can't get any more natural then that.
