  1. Asprin thins the blood but I really think this is something you should consult your doctor about.

  2. Eat licorice.

  3. Green vegetables are very good for thinning the blood, so is Sassafras Tea. It's all natural and it does work

  4. 'You' think it is a good idea. What about the doctors who treated you? Take their advice and use a medication they can monitor if blood thinning is necessary. If they thought it was a good idea wouldn't they have told you already? If not sure ask them.

  5. drinking wine... I'm serious ;)

    but not a lot

    ;)

  6. Garlic is a natural blood thinner.

  7. It can be very dangerous to do that I wouldn't do it without talking to my doctor first,I have taken blood thinners for years and having thin blood is not to be taken lightly.

  8. A single Johnson's Baby Aspirin daily.

  9. Natural blood thinners are substances that block vitamin K. These include salicylates.

    Basically you need to enjoy a diet high in salicylates.

    Herbs and spices high in salicylates include:

    Curry powder, Ginger, Paprika,Thyme, Cinnamon, Oregano, Licorice &

    Peppermint

    Fruits high in salicylates include;

    Raisins, Prunes, Cherries, Grapes, Strawberries & Oranges.

    Other substance high in salicylates include Chewing gum, Honey, Peppermints & Vinegar.

    i hope this was helpful.
