What is a negitive aspect of a remidial massage?

I can't think of anything negative, if it does by someone who has been well trained. Just make sure first as someone who has just had a massage after they have walked out and just lay back and enjoy it :)

There are few negatives about remedial massage as long as you c a properly trained professional who is not too hard....though they can be expensive and u do need to keep going back for long term problems. I prefer a physiotherapist when I have joint or back pain & have also had good results with thermal therapy supports, too which is much cheaper.

if you find the right therapist, they can change technique depending on your needs - I believe massage is a fantastic remedy for soreness and also a mental  release from day to day stresses

I also change my preferences from swedish to lomi - from relax to trigger point etc etc

cant see many negatives unless as the others say, the therapist is untrained etc etc

I find remedial massage painful at times, thats a negative for me!!!
