What is a nice Romantic Restaurant in NYC or Queens or so on?

I want to to make gf out for her B-day. I want it to be special. Preferably some candles lit or something. I want a nice romantic place. It can be in Queens or the City or Brooklyn

One if by Land, Two if by Sea in Manhattan. Champagne and Caviar at Behmelmann's (no clue how to spell this) at the Carlyle Hotel.

Without a doubt I would recommend one of the 2 restaurants in the London Hotel in Manhattan.  Maze is a tasting menu, and the London Restaurant is a regular restaurant.  The restaurants are owned by Gordon Ramsey, the chef who has been having a lot of TV shows on lately.  The food is incredible, but I will warn you it is expensive, but worth it.  And it has been shown on TV tonight.
