Where do you live? Try to find a cultural organization for Indians in your area. Also....I have Indian friends who have met other Indians by starting groups of their own. Someone I know, in fact, started an Indian bookclub that she advertised on Craigslist.com for Indian people to read Indian novels and talk about them......
