What is a nice tennis body? How can I get it?

I am 14 years old. I am going to high school and I am joining their tennis team. I am tall and have a kinda big shoulders. But my problem is my stomach and my arms and legs are kinda flabby. I know i shouldn't worry about it but i still want to work it out. What do I do? I don't want to have a slim body though. Big but enough

  1. The more you play, the more you will establish that "tennis body".

    Your stomach, arms, and legs will tone up/down the more you use them, and your legs especially will establish a fine toned look by all the running you do.

    Also might want to jog a half hour a day to start, as well as lift some 10lb dumbbells to tone your arms. Dont have to start off big.

    Even try to join a gym and use their treadmills and butterfly equipment, and light weights, and within a short time will see a difference and get that toned look. Clothes will look/fit  different and better as well  =).


  2. The nice tennis body is something like Jelena Jankovic's body. She has arguably the hottest body on WTA tour. But in order to achieve this perfection you need to train hard and have a strong will for some serious workout. At the end all pays up but the question is can you handle it.  

  3. i'm joining tennis in freshman year too and you shouldn't worry so much. with all the running and drills in tennis you'll tone those arms, legs, and make ur stomach less flabby. =]
