What is a nice wedding venue in Singapore?

A friend of mine would like to have an outdoor wedding rather than the normal weddings held in clubs and halls. She would be having a traditional Arab wedding as well, therefore, are there any outdoor venues that cater to such functions? What is the normal price range to book such places?

I heard of someome holding their wedding on Kusu island.

She chartered a boat to ferry all the guest there and cater food to be brought there as well.

Mind you, it will take lots of effort to pull this off.
