  1. LOL  in a bar when you want more ice in your drink you hold your hand pointin down over the glass and put your fingertips together a few times.  It works.

    When a taxi is full (actually any space that is full)  Ticos hold their hand pointing up with finger tips touching signifying FULL


  2. LESCO, which is what costarican sign-language is called.

  3. Costa Ricans will point to things with their lips instead of their hands.

  4. Sign language? They also use their hands to point to things and such.
