I need a non verbal communication that is found in Costa Rica.

LOL  in a bar when you want more ice in your drink you hold your hand pointin down over the glass and put your fingertips together a few times.  It works.

When a taxi is full (actually any space that is full)  Ticos hold their hand pointing up with finger tips touching signifying FULL
