a person who takes a load of documents from the title company to the county recorder's office for due registration.  once the title is recorded, it is then stamped, notarized, and returned to the parcel process server, with a registered lien number, who then takes the legal document back to the Title company, who then makes copies for the mortgage company.

It's usually not one or two packets, but a hundred or so, and do one after another after their name or number is called at the county recorder's office.  The job is similar to that of a paralegal assistant
