Probably 2-3 dollars unless you sell it to a collector that really needs it.  It might have a book value of more than $2.00-3.00, but a dealer is not going to pay top dollar for it if it is.  The year and rarity of the bill are going to determine the value and who you sell it to.   Dealers and collectors will give you different price range offers, depending on how bad they need it.

    What it is worth and what it will sell for are two different things.

    It would take an appraiser to determine its value, but appraisal is not an exact science.  Amounts of value from 2  seperate appraisers will probably be different.

    Look on Ebay and see what people are buying that particular bill for.


  2. This would be a United States Note, also called a greenback.  Its value can only be determined by an experienced appraiser.
