A taxidermist.  You take the deer to them and they will have you pick how you want it mounted or stuffed.  Then you might pay some up front or when they get the deer done (up to a year later) you pay the rest.  They are surprising light afterwords.

The cost can be anywhere from around $100 to over $400-500.
