  1. I assume you mean phenomenon, which is the singular of phenomena and I am guessing that you saw the YouTube Wierd Thing Unexplained Animal Phoenomina:  The Shadow Orb.  I just watched the video, and there is nothing unusual about it and nothing orb-like.  It is clearly a cat.

A phenomenon is an anomaly, something we encounter that we cannot explain.

  2. isnt it like ghosts and the paranormal

  3. life?

  4. No, a phenomenon is not something we cannot explain. A phenomenon is an observable occurance. Combustion of a match, for example, is an observable occurance and hence a phenomenon. Granted, in popular usage phenomenon often means an extraordinary event, but being as we are in the science section we are going to discuss things in the scientific context.

So what is the most important observable event? That's difficult to answer since even if you said life, that's not terribly important in a universal context (it's important to us, but doesn't appear important in the grand scheme of the universe). .

I suppose the closest you could come is the existance of matter itself, but even that is debatable.
