What is a physical? and how do i describe it?

my little sister asked me today what a physical is and idk how to explain it to her so what is a physical

isn't a physical the form your doctor has to fill out for them to play sports in there school? Well, thats what i call it at my school =P

It's basically just a check up your doctor does, because some schools like mine need one to play on the team.
