What is a piano "script" called?

Question

im not sure its called a script but it contains what note you need to play, in order to play a music on piano. sorry if u dont understand cuz i dont kno the last thing about pianos or any other musical intruments.

Are you meaning sheet music?  You could say  a score, a music score, a piano score
