What is a place where it snows and rains a lot?

I am looking for a place (hopefully in Canada, through I dont really care if it's not) where it snows almost non-stop(or non-stop) in colder seasons, and rain in the warmer ones. i'd prefer a town, but just an area is fine too, and please not just a name, but a name that i can search it with on google and 300 different places come up. i'm not moving by the way, if you're wondering, it's for a book.

It rains constantly in Seattle, i dont know about snow though. Im sure if you lived near Seatlle with a high elevation... thats exactly what youll get.

since you are looking at a place in Canada, try Vancouver.  Mostly rain in the city, but you don't have to travel too far to the east to find snow country.  Great snow skiing.
