What is a primary care manager?

I am trying to fill out an insurance enrollment form but I have no idea what a primary care manager is.....could someone help me? Thanks!

It sounds like you are talking about TRICARE. It's like selecting your primary care physcian for an HMO. You need to put down a Doctor. These links may help you.
