What is a proprietary right?

how is it related to business? if example i were to establish a service center that also sells products that come from companies [like microsoft or sony]

Proprietary literally means, of the self. It is mine, and not in the public domain. For example, think cryptography. Encoding data so so one else can see my data. I might develop a system of encoding which no one else can decode, which would be proprietary, exclusive to me and whoever I gave the code to. Business practices are unique to each business and if known by competitors, would be an advantage to the competitors, therefore, it would be to my advantage to keep my business practices secret. For example, I have a best friend and we communicate by email frequently. Most of the time, we use plain text, but every once in a while, we use PGP to encode sensitive data. Like, my friend, who might be an executor of my will someday, and as my executor will need account numbers of my insurance policies, my mortgage, my bank, my credit cards, and I do NOT want others to see this data, so plain text is OUT and I use PGP to encrypt these account numbers so I can be sure only my friend gets this data about me. The thing about a secret is, not to tell anyone. The only secret which is secure is the secret you never tell to anyone else and you take to your grave...

In your case, proprietary right means the right to  provide services, to buy and sell goods, and to be protected in the exercise of this right subject to limitations priscribed by law.

You have establish a company to operate as a service centre. It is responsible for any things related to a service centre. If you also sells Microsoft or Sony products, such business activities must be included in the company's Articles of Association. It may not be responsible for contracts to sell those products.  You need to sell those products on your personal basis as a sole proprietor.
