A prostate massage is a technique as described prior to my answer to "milk" the prostate. usually when the prostate is inflamed or infected a urologist will perform a massage. When it is massaged involuntary ejaculation occurs which is supposed to bring relief from the condition. I am a woman so I am not quite sure about location but i believe the prostate to be right next to the bladder which causes urinary problems as well when the prostate is problematic.
