What is a proxy service and how do I use one?

Question

It was suggested to me that as I couldn't access this site which was working fine for everyone else, I should try a proxy. The problem is that I have no idea what it is or what it's for!

Proxies open websites that are blocked for example... if your school has blocked a website you use a proxy to get onto the website. but don't get caught on a proxy by a teacher cause they block the proxy.

Proxies are really easy to use.

Most of the time you just type in the url and it will allow you to access a website. People mostly use them for blocked sites.

Searching for Open Proxies everyday is not effective, You must find another solution .

Here is what I do to get newly proxies directly to my mail .

( Proxy is a special website used to unblock all the blocked site in schools,works, .... )
