Teaspoon of honey with a couple of drops of lemon...

Or a shot of tequila :-)

besides going to the dr. cepacol mouth wash sore throat spray and cough drops should do it

Hot tea with lemon or gargle with vinegar

Make a cup of hot tea - let it cool off until it's just warm and gargle - works great!

Try drinking pepper boiled in water for 3 minutes. Add sugar to this tea if you find it difficult to drink it. Hope this helped.

Get Cold-EEZE lozenges, they have zinc and really help....and drink warm tea.
