    if u bike like 1 mile or jog for about 20 min every mornin or at night it helps allot


  2. A lot of time goes into building endurance. For endurance in running you don't want to increase your weekly mileage/long run by any more than 10% to avoid injury.

  3. RUN!!! Just keep running even if you get tired just keep on running or biking. Have some water with you if you get dehydrated. you should be sore the next day. that tells you that your making muscles. and it would help you gain endurance.

  4. sorry to burst your bubble but there is no quick way. it takes time for ones endurance to build. i would start first by going outside and start running miles gradually. then do interval workouts. basically just try to get yourself to a point where you are running 6 days a week. one day in that week to rest.

    The best distance runners in the world have trained for years and ran for years to get the endurance they have. of course genetics has something to do with it but patience is the key to building endurance. That is why a lot of distance runners primes are in their 30's. It is not just one month and you have endurance. It takes months to years.
