What is a "Glenn Two Arrival"? I read it on one of the ATSB's (Aust Transportation Safety Board) accident report regarding a Boeing 737-800 that was struck by lightning.

  1. Charles M is right. Specific arrival routes and procedures are published for many airports. "Glenn Two Arrival" is just the name of one such arrival route at whatever airport this took place at.

  2. That is a Standard Terminal Arrival Route. Basically it's a published procedure that takes an aircraft with an IFR flight plan from cruise to landing. A set of points called transitions take the aircraft to the runway.

Glenn Two is just a STAR name.
