What is a "Kiwi Participant?"

While reading up abroad nanny positions, I saw several that said the position was open to: Australian, Canadian, European and Kiwi Participants. I tried looking it up, but so many different things came up I wasn't sure which it could be. Anyone know? Thanks!

  1. Substitute "New Zealand"  for the word "Kiwi"


  2. The participant belongs to all the different countries mentioned ie Australian participants Canadian participants and so on. The Kiwi is a New Zealander.
