What is a "Perspective Job"?

I don't know. Are you sure you don't mean "prospective job?" "Prospective"  as it pertains to "prospect," would in this case mean the act of looking forward in time, or something hoped for, which in turn becomes the basis for anticipation and expectation.  

So, if prospective means being within view or consideration of a future event, a prospective job would be one that you (not you personally) might actually get.
