In the final song in Spring Awakening they sing about a "Purple Summer".

  1. ~*BRUISED CHILDHOOD*~

    or something.

Idk, it's just an odd, ambiguous ending.

Actually, ~*BRUISED CHILDHOOD*~ kinda makes sense. I've always perceived the lyrics to Blue Wind to be assigning seasons to stages of life. ~*Spring and Summer*~*~ being childhood, ~*Autumn*~ being teenagerhood, and ~*Blue Wind*~ being the the adulthood these kids are constantly taunted by, despite not having the privileges that comes with it, stuck instead in this limbo between childhood and adulthood. The sheltered life they've lead up to this point is wreaking havoc on their lives as teenagers, having none of the answers they need, ultimately driving them to desperate methods of obtaining them themselves, or, in Moritz' case, giving up altogether.

    Yeah, sorry about the tl;dr...
