What is a "card statement"??

im trying to work paypal out and i have some problems... :S so what is a (credit) card statement and where do i find it??!

A credit card statement is the monthly invoice you receive from your creditor telling you what your balance is, your credit line, and any other important information you need on your account.

To obtain one, you first need a credit card.

If you already have a credit card, you can log into their website to view your statements.  You should also be receiving your statements in the mail, unless you opted out and chose to just receive them through the internet.
