What is a "quick time movie file"?

Tried to send email w/attachment. The attachment was located in my works program. Person who could NOT open this attachment said it was a quick time movie file.

Basically,it's an Apple (Macintosh) version of mpeg4 for their Quicktime player.

Download Apple Quicktime Player and it should open using that.

A quicktime Movie file is basically a movie file for the media player quicktime.

If your friend wants to play it, either you or your friend is going to have to convert it to either a avi or wmv format.

Just upload the file, Select the output, Click ok, the file should convert, then download he converted file.
