  1. Long legs, ergo, pretty tall, long arms, slender/muscular.


  2. Obiviously a runner's body is slim and muscular, due to all the running.  Usually their waist is very slim and they have bigger thighs, but not HUGE just really muscular.  Their legs are usually the muscular-est part of their body.

  3. A "runners body" probably reffers to a person with long, lean legs. When you see people running, like in marathons, or just outside, many of them might not have a "runners body" but are still very good runners...

  8. Depends on the event.  Sprinters are typically very muscular.  Longer distance runners are typically thinner.  Neither has much body fat. . .
