What is a really good and fancy place to eat in Seattle?

My mom is getting married soon and i am the " Wedding Planner" so i need to find somewhere for us all to eat that is REALLY FANCY! ( Besides the space needle cause that is where they are getting married ) Any thoughts? Oh ya and somewhere that you can sit down and eat... Oh and that is not PACKED with people please! Thanks!

If you want to be down on the water - I'd recommend Palimino's, Chandler's, or Anthony's. They are all busy popular places but you can make reservations and most (if not all) have party rooms that are available! Salty's is another nice option too!!

Does your family like fish? I like Ray's Boathouse because it's spacious and you can get quiet booths. Of course, your family won't fit in a booth, but maybe they have a private room you can reserve.
