I've looked at Wilton's, just wondering if any body's ever had any candy that they thought was really good. Thanks

  1. We use to get an imported german chocolate cooking bar that was amazing. I no longer have access to that distributor but I believe the chocolate was called Lich Late or something like that. It's exclusively for baking and is a VERY dark and pure chocolate.

Whatever you do, avoid milk chocolates and anything American made. I love my country but our chocolate really sucks.

  2. When I make candy using molds, I just use almond bark and flavor it with extract. Almond bark is so much cheaper than Wilton and taste as good when flavored.

You can get white chocolate or regular chocolate.

    Good Luck
