What is a really good fan?

Help! Ok so here's the deal, Im searching for a really cold fan that will help me this summer because where I will be living at will have no ac!! Yikes!! So I need everyone's help trying to find the market's top of the line fans! It may sound silly, but I don't want to be dying in this awful heat this summer!! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)
