ANY car is a good first car. If it's a piece of c**p, roll with it. It's your piece of c**p and you can be like, "Yeah, I'm so cool I roll in this nasty old beater, but I don't even care."

Aki you are obviously a new driver so a word of advice - do not try to be a Boy Racer.  Its a very expensive business. You may have noticed the speed cameras popping up every where, you wont yet have noticed the mobile 'Camera Safey Van' which are found lurking in layby's and tucked into side turnings. They are making millions out of guys just like you!

Just get the cheapest car you can find with tax and MOT. Ideally under 1000cc for insurance. When I first passed my test I never gave more than £50 for a car, never had to tax or MOT them, I just scrapped them and bought another. Good luck, watch out for speed cameras and keep the shiny side up.
